How To Protect Your Lips While Wearing Lipstick

To avoid dry, choppy lips and to protect them from even a slightest irritation, always wear a lip balm under your lipstick. Choose a transparent lip balm with hard texture - you can wear it even under lip gloss. Even if your lipstick or lip gloss contains moisturizer, nothing protects the lips better than a specially made balm.

When you wipe off your lipstick, the lip balm prevents bits of colour from getting into those tiny wrinkles on your lips.
We highly recommend Neutrogena with SPF 15 sun screen. What we would not recommend is the lip care series by Nivea. Nivea has some good products but definitely not lip balm.
